This place is conveniently located in a business area, making it a great base to explore the surrounding area, and the staff here is incredibly helpful with great advice and suggestions.

I had an overnight stay waiting for my flight to Dublin the next morning. Airport bus took me to the airport at 6:00 AM and it was ontime. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The decor is fantastic and the facilities were excellent. The proximity to the airport plus the 24 hour shuttle bus make the hotel one of the most popular in the Cork area.

Had a great night here, so happy I picked this place! the room had a modern style with super comfy beds, and was definitely worth the money. the food was amazing and the location couldn't be better. It was the perfect spot for a Christmas getaway 🎄.

Very professional and human (!) )staff at reception and in restaurant. Creative and surprising interior design at entrance, restaurant, corridors, room. Very very clean everywhere. Excellent noise barrier against planes at airport. Very good (last minute) deal due to cancellation apparently. Surely intend to return esp. because of fair inclusive offer of overnight stay and leave car at hotel parking place when flying out and returning a few days later.

No complaints whatsoever. Tip: tell arriving guest about rules concerning parking car in hotel parking place, as only read about this when in room.

Our stay was excellent, the rooms are great and not to be faulted, toiletries could be better, the lady who cleaned the room didnt leave any the following morning, but they did sort this at reception. Sarah and her assistant are both excellent and are a credit to the hotel. The food was excellent good breakfast and we had lunch one day which was very good. I wouldnt hesitate to recomend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again next time we visit friends in Cork.

Lack of toiletries.

The staff members were fabulously helpful with skilful customer service. The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, very close to the bus stop. The restaurant was excellent on the 3 evenings.

very friendly staff, modern, clean and quite.Breakfast was good, A real good feel about this hotel. First time to stay in this hotel but it will not be my last, overall very pleased.

unfortunately my flight was delayed by 5 hrs so i therefore used the hotel for 3 short hours but all went well including my early morning call which you can appreciate was not best received was never -the -less very important and right on time Thanks to night staff for a quick check in and seamless process Brian
